By using the long working distance objective lenses, the magnification of objective lenses are changeable without any focus adjustment.

In Case of Polarizer observation, use together the bright field objective lens and analyzer & polarizer set.

This microscope is inverted type makes it possible to observe specimens in natural form it is suitable to observe living tissues such as parasites and bacteria or check cultivation process of the specimens in a roux bottle, the carrel bottle, a laboratory dish, etc. it is easy to observe specimens especially by phase-contrast.
